The Art in Public Places program invites memorial placements – this sculptural tribute to a long-term supporter of Fallbrook, teaching, and the Library is evidence of that.
About the Artist: A membership of the National Sculpture Society, Marsha studied at the Rockland College in New York, the Loveland Academy of Art, and the Scottsdale Academy of Art.
